This is the second volume of Tools of Dominion, which is Part 3 of Authority and Dominion.
Part 3 deals with the case laws of Exodus, mainly chapters 21-23. These are laws that illustrate the application of the Ten Commandments to society. They are manifestations of biblical casuistry: the application of general legal principles to specific cases.
Among the more important laws covered in volume 4 are these: sexual seduction, the prohibition against usury, the prohibition against fractional reserve banking, impartial justice, bribery, sabbatical liberty, economic oppression, zero-growth economics, tabernacle economics, and military blood money.
